We do not recommend shipping directly to your hotel. Please target your shipments to arrive at the Palm Beach Convention Center on or after Thursday, April 25, 2024.

Early Shipping

Shipments cannot be delivered to the Convention Center any earlier than Thursday, April 25, 2024.

Material Handling Fee

A $75 material handling charge will be applied to each pallet, container or crate shipped to the convention center. This does not apply to parcels, envelopes, packages, or boxes weighing less than 100 lbs.

A $25 discount is offered for submitting an “Early Pallet Shipping Form” before April 15th, 2024. (Please complete the form below or click the following link to download an “Shipping Information Submittal Form”.)

A $25 discount is offered for exhibitors who store their own pallet, container, or crate in the TRENDZ storage room.

A $50 discount is offered for exhibitors who ship pallets, containers, or crates with Eagle Xpress Shipping.

Pallets, containers, and crates stored by TRENDZ will not be delivered back to the exhibitor’s booth until the show has closed at 4:00pm on the last show day and in no specific order.

Out-bound Shipping

Exhibitors are responsible for scheduling their own out-bound shipments for pick up. Pick-ups should be scheduled:

Between 7pm and 11pm on Tuesday, April 30th; or
Before 12 noon on Wednesday, May 1st.

After the show has closed, exhibitors are responsible for delivering their properly labeled and securely taped freight to the outbound shipping table located in the northwest corner at the back of the show hall.

Only pallets, containers, and crates that require a forklift or pallet jack should remain in the exhibitor’s booth.

Exhibitors that leave loose boxes, packages, cases, etc. in their booth will be charged a material handling fee.

Exhibitors shipping out pallets must secure all loose boxes, cases, etc. on their pallet by wrapping with shrink wrap.

Exhibitor Storage

The exhibitor storage room is located in Room 1C off the main concourse near the show office.

Exhibitors are responsible for storing their own empties in the storage room. Please label your boxes, cases, and suitcases with your booth number.

No empties may remain in your booth during the show.

The storage room will be locked during the show and will remain locked until the show closes at 4pm on the last show day. The only exceptions will be for exhibitors authorized for early breakdown.

Shipping Tables

The out-bound shipping table will start receiving shipments on the last show day at 4pm. It will be located in the northwest corner at the back of the show hall. Please look for the outbound shipping signs.
